What we collect

What you send us through a form: your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you need, your role (for example homeowner or builder), project details, and anything else you choose to tell us. For builder and partner enquiries, your company name.
What you send us directly: calls, texts, emails and site photos.
How you use the site: pages viewed and how you reached us, only where you have accepted analytics or marketing cookies.

Why we use it

To call you back about your request, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote.
To text you about your request, only if you ticked “OK to text me”.
To keep a record of enquiries and the work we discuss with you.
To understand which pages and ads bring in requests, only with your cookie consent.
To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising tags (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) only run if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need, each given only what their job requires:

Trivo Technologies, the platform that hosts this website and stores form submissions for us, and its hosting, email and security providers (Amazon Web Services, OVHcloud and Cloudflare).
Our marketing agency, which helps us track and follow up on enquiries.
Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept those cookies.

We also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, for our business records and to meet legal requirements, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop texting you, by emailing info@platinumconcreteri.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

This website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
