Can you give me a price over the phone?
No, and we’d be guessing if we did. Access, soil, grade, drainage and size all change the work. We visit the site and give you a written quote based on what we saw.
How does the site visit work?
Request a quote or call. We’ll call you back to talk through the job, then set a time to look at the site. After the visit, you get a written quote.
When can you pour concrete?
Spring through fall, when temperatures suit curing. We take on two to three jobs a week, so spring fills first. Book your site visit early.
Do I need a permit?
Many jobs do: foundations, sewer and water connections and public sidewalks all need town permits. We’ll go over what your job needs at the site visit.

Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket & Central Falls, RI. Elsewhere in Rhode Island? Call and ask.
Can you bid from plans?
Yes. Send plans, scope and a start window through the builder form.
Is there a minimum job size?
Tell us about the job and we’ll let you know if it fits. We take on a limited number of jobs each week.
Do you do both the concrete and the utility work?
Yes. Footings, foundations and slabs, plus sewer and water tie-ins and drainage: one sub for both.
What does a sewer tie-in involve?
Excavating a trench, bedding the pipe, setting the slope, making the connection to the main, and backfilling and compacting. Town permits and an inspection are part of it.
I’m selling a home with a cesspool. What do I need to do?
Rhode Island law (R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-19.15-12) sets a 12-month window after a sale or transfer to replace a cesspool or connect to sewer. Check your situation with RIDEM or your attorney. We do the physical connection. See Cesspool to Sewer Connection.
Can you replace an old sewer lateral?
Yes. We dig and replace the line to the connection.
